We want you to love everything you get from Nectar Coffee Co — but if something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it easy.
Coffee
Since coffee is perishable, we don’t accept returns on beans. But if we sent you the wrong coffee by mistake, we’ll get the right one out to you, no stress — and you won’t need to send the wrong one back.
Gear & Merch
If you've ordered gear or merch (like brewers, mugs, or equipment) and it turns out to be faulty, we’ve got you covered.
Here’s the deal:
- You’ve got 30 days from when it arrives to let us know.
- Item must be unused and in the original packaging.
- We’ll either pick it up (if you’re in Melbourne) or ask you to post it back — we’ll cover return shipping if the mistake’s on us.
Refunds & Fix-Ups
- If it’s a defective item, you’ll get a full refund once it’s back with us.
- If we sent the wrong item, we’ll send the right one out straight away and cover the return if needed.
